Refund Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:
- Refund processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the return.
- Shipping fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Standard shipping times apply for the exchanged product. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer you the option of a refund or store credit.
